  1. Pina Colada

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 70 ml pineapple juice
  • Ice (as needed)
  • 50 ml coconut cream
  • Pineapple wedges (for garnishing)

Directions:

  • Take a pan and pour water and sugar into it.
  • Cook until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
  • Take a blender and pour the rest of the ingredients into it.
  • Blend it for 2 minutes. Pour it in a glass and garnish it with pineapple wedges.

Ingredients:

  • 4-mint leaves plus more for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp. white rum
  • ½ cup soda water
  • Ice

Directions:

  • Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice, and syrup in the cocktail shaker.
  • Now add rum in it, fill it with ice, and shake.
  • Take a glass and add ice to it.
  • Strain the mixture in the glass and add soda water. Garnish with mint leaves.
  1. Blue Margarita

Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. blue curaçao liqueur
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • Ice
  • Lime, cherry, or orange slices for garnishing
  • Coarse salt (for rimming)

Directions:

  • Take a chilled margarita glass and rim it with coarse salt.
  • Pour tequila, ice, blue curaçao liqueur, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
  • You can add simple syrup too.
  • Shake well for a few minutes and pour it into a glass.
  • Garnish with wedges.
  1. Strawberry Lemon Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • Water
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ pound strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions:

  • Take a blender and throw ¾ pound strawberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and 2 cups water in the blender.
  • Blend it for a few minutes.
  • Take a pitcher. Add the rest of the strawberries, sparkling water, lemon juice mixture, and blueberries.
  • Combine them well.
  • Top with ice and serve it.
  1. Jalapeño-Spiked Bourbon Julep

Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 4-mint leaves
  • 1 oz. jalapeño simple syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 ½ oz. bourbon
  • Club soda
  • 1-jalapeno slice

Directions:

  • Take a julep cup and pour syrup and mint leaves in it.
  • Muddle the leaves.
  • Add crushed ice to fill two-thirds of the cup.
  • Add bourbon and some more crushed ice and stir.
  • Now pour club soda on the top of the drink.
  • Garnish it with a jalapeno slice and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
